Equipment and Props

Any object or thing that is used to complement a visual idea or statement or to enhance the atmosphere of an image is referred to as a prop. The correct props may be used to enhance a subject, draw attention to certain aspects of a product, give a scene more visual depth and appeal.
First Idea
A picnic scene is my idea for a photoshoot that I really want to recreate in real life and incorporate in my magazine. Ideally, this will be made outside.
For this scene I would need these props:
picnic cover
basket
drinks, foods to create a live scene
flowers
As I don't already have them, I will need to buy these props. I may visit the local grocery shop to get food, flowers, and other items. And I'll visit a larger store for the basket and picnic blanket. Perhaps I could find some other decorations and get inspired.
For pre-production, I of course would need my model, outfits for her, makeup and hair. Everything of that I can do myself and I do not have to get anything else for that.
model
outfits
makeup, hair
I do not really need additional equipment for lighting or camera angle, but I will be using my photo camera and different lenses if it would be nice to create a close up, for example.
Second Idea
Another scene that I want to recreate is a photoshoot in downtown, Miami. I will be capturing different fashion style, but still outside.
I do not need additional props, but I do need:
a model
outfit that I want to represent
makeup and hair
I will be shooting outside, therefore a do not need lighting equipment, nor tripod.

I will be using my camera - Nikon D5600
Back up plan
All of the scenes I want to replicate are outdoors, but there are obstacles that can arise, like unfavorable weather conditions such as extreme heat or cold, lack of sunlight or good lighting, or rain. My backup plan thus involves shooting indoors. I have two alternatives. One is to go to my residence and set up the inside lighting; for this, I will need more lighting equipment, maybe on a tripod. The second suggestion is to rent a photo studio and use the supplied equipment to take shots there.
Also, I'll be photographing two separate models, so I can always turn to the other one for assistance if one of them is unable to participate in the photo session for whatever reason.
