Pets

The reason I chose pets magazines is because pets are animals that everyone loves! These social animal are truly deserve love and adoration from humans. A variety of information is available to pet lovers and owners in pet magazines. While some publications may concentrate on a certain kind of animal, others may serve a larger audience. You may expect to find a range of information in these magazines, including articles on pet care, feeding, supplies, accessories, and even more whimsical topics.

I chose this magazine because it is a nice example of how I want my journal cover to be. I like how background is filled with titles and topics that will be covered in magazine. This gives an illusion of dog going through the words.

This magazine will also tell facts and tips for people who have dogs and puppies to help them to take proper care of their pets.

Fashion

The second genre I chose was a fashion magazine. Fashion magazines are an essential component of the fashion industry. They serve as a medium for promoting and communicating the design's intent to potential customers. Fashion magazines are the most well-known and easily accessible source for readers to learn current trends. Their main purpose is to disseminate fashion news, styles, and trends to the reader. I chose this genre because I’m interested in fashion and also want to improve my knowledge and practice taking fashion shots.

I chose this example of a Fashion magazine, because magazine 'VOGUE' is one of the world's most prominent fashion magazines. In addition to celebrity interviews that will draw attention from readers who might not even be interested in fashion, the magazine also features upcoming trends that will appeal to the magazine's intended readership.

Nature

Third genre I chose is nature magazine. The reason I chose it is not only because I like nature, wildlife and animals, but I also think that these magazines spread awareness of the danger that nature gets into, as well as problems the environment is experiencing nowadays. But it doesn't forget to include interesting facts, tips and general information about plants, flowers, and nature. These magazines also catch the attention of the reader by their bright or interesting covers that usually have a lot of details.

I chose this example of a magazine, because the cover attracted my eye. It has a peaceful, calm and quiet atmosphere. The cover of a magazine brings up a relaxing mood. However, if I decide my final magazine genre to be about nature, I would want my cover to look a bit different, but also give off a happy, pleasant mood.

Travel

Fourth genre I chose is Travel magazine. Travel magazines are pretty popular among the adventurous travelers, who want to explore more, who want to know some facts before going to a new place, or just to read it and make some plans for future travels. I picked this genre because I enjoy traveling as well. By traveling you are not only visiting new places, but you also learn about the country's culture, history and language.

I like this cover because of the color palette in general. Cold tones in this cover create a relaxing and even mysterious mood. I want to have this type of a color palette on my cover. I also like the minimalism in the cover.
